Outer dimensions: width 1570 × depth 1200 × height 2280mm (subject to the actual product)
Inner box material: It is made of 2.0mm thick SUS304# stainless steel plate, welded by argon arc, fully sealed and fully welded to ensure the furnace is clean and no dust is generated.
Outer box material: It is made of 2.0mm thick SS41# cold rolled steel plate.
The base is welded with 50*50*2.0mm GB angle iron, and the bottom is equipped with load-bearing foot cup. The height of the foot cup is adjustable to facilitate the fixing and docking of the equipment.
The welding of the machine table is firmly welded and smoothed; after the anti-rust treatment, the electrostatic high-temperature powder is coated, and the whole machine is black and white.
The SUS304 seamless heat sink tube is used to install the external wiring on both sides of the oven top.
The Taiwan (Taiwan) SCR power regulator is used to control the output, and the output power can be automatically adjusted according to the temperature error, so that the temperature is more accurate, energy saving.
Heating power: 22 KW, constant temperature power about 10KW.
